Philip A Chapman - History

Philip Chapman and his wife opened an office in Hythe in 1927. He was an Architect, Surveyor and Estate Agent, and dealt with all aspects of property from its initial design, through construction to the sale of the finished product. He decided to focus on his role as an Estate Agent, successfully expanding the residential sales and property management sides of the business.

Philip Chapman's main aim was to offer a personal yet professional service to customers and clients. These are still the principles that continue within the company today.
