The People

Our staff operate in three groups; sales, residential lettings and block management.

Sales
Charlie Athow BSc (Hons) MNAEA heads this team and deals with sales progression, property appraisals and advertising. Mary Millard handles enquiries from buyers and sellers and deals with the administration of properties. Richard Athow FRICS MIRPM assists and deals with specials matters such as probate valuations.

Rental
Paul Bingley deals with the lettings department including the repairs and maintenance of properties. The financial side of the rental division is dealt with by Carol Gallagher.

Block Management
Richard Athow FRICS MIRPM handles the day to day running of the department and advises on legal aspects. Janet Conyers deals with the financial side of the division, whilst once again, Paul Bingley deals with the repairs and maintenance issues, as well as insurance claims, etc. Kathryn Facer is our Secretary who looks after this side of both the Lettings and the Block Management divisions.

Office Administration
Richard Athow is responsible for the running of the business, ably assisted by his wife, Barbara, who also deals with financial matters.
